Kelly Santini’s Michael Leaver advised Kuatro Technologies on its recent acquisition by the Florida-based technology company Jabil.  Michael was assisted in the transaction by our USLAW Network colleagues at LeClair Ryan in Virginia.  Kuatro Technologies was  based in Ottawa, and had operations in the United States and Ukraine.http://www.jabil.com
