Special Olympics Festival Breakfast Returns October 24th
The 17th Annual Festival Breakfast returns to the Shaw Centre on October 24th. Join us for an insprirational morning of Champions Celebrating Champions as we honour or local volunteers, coaches and Special Olympics atheletes.
This year’s keynote address will be given by Stanley Cup Champion Michael “Krusher” Krushelnyski
Michael “Krusher” Krushelnyski is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre/left winger who played 14 years in the National Hockey League. While playing in the NHL, he won three Stanley Cups as a player with the Edmonton Oilers and one as an Assistant Coach with the Detroit Red Wings. In a career of 897 games, Krushelnyski recorded 241 goals and 328 assists for 569 career points.
