Kelly Santini LLP is pleased to announce that Stephen Kelly has been granted the designation of Chartered Arbitrator by the ADR Institute of Canada, its highest level of recognition. The designation is a reflection of Steve’s training, experience and body of work.

Steve was a Vice-Chair of Ontario’s Licence Appeal Tribunal and its predecessor, the Commercial Arbitration Appeal Board for six years. Steve has been a member of the panel of arbitrators with Tarion’s Builder’s Arbitration Forum since its inception. As a sole arbitrator and as a member of a panel of three, Steve has conducted private arbitrations dealing with issues such as commercial rent, insurance compensation for fire loss, green energy projects, disputes involving municipalities, and condominium development conflicts.

Steve has held the designation of Chartered Mediator for many years.
