He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and numerous administrative boards, including the Public Services Labour Relations Board (PSLRB), Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), and professional disciplinary boards. He is the publisher of the award winning employment law blog ‘Labour Pains’.

Mike is a member of the Business Group who has built a reputation for providing his clients with practical and down-to-earth legal advice in the areas of real estate, corporate and commercial law, and estate. He acts for business owners across a wide range of sectors including retail, manufacturing, technology and professional and consumer services.
