Henry is a member of the firm’s employment group. He advises employers and employees on all aspects of labour and employment law including wrongful dismissal, human rights and employment standards disputes. Employers also rely on Henry for guidance on employment policy guidelines, drafting of employment contracts, recruitment and termination procedures.
Henry has always been driven to solve problems and resolve difficult disputes for those in need. Combining his research, writing and oral advocacy skills, Henry effectively crafts and delivers persuasive positions that advance his clients’ interests. His academic background in humanities instilled in him the importance, and benefit, of seeing issues from each individual’s perspective. He seeks to offer each client the chance to be heard and understood, and he prepares legal recommendations tailored to each clients’ unique needs.
Originally from Toronto, Henry can be found hiking, running and cycling during his free time and playing the guitar when weather forces him indoors.
