Michael advises business owners on all aspects of their commercial real estate needs. His practice includes buying, selling and leasing commercial property, financing and real estate development. He also advises on all aspects of corporate/commercial law, including mergers & acquisition, corporate finance, contracts and franchising. Michael also uses his real estate experience to act for many individual home buyers and sellers on their residential real estate transactions.

Michael grew up in an entrepreneurial family and understands first-hand the challenges and expectations of business owners and what it takes for those businesses to succeed. He has a passion for business and is committed to helping owners succeed through effective legal representation and dedicated client service. He is an active member of the community and has founded or held positions in various community groups and organizations, including the Canadian-Lebanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

During law school, Michael participated in moot court competitions, was a legal research assistant, obtained highest standing in the legal research course, co-founded the uOttawa Common Law student newspaper and served as its first Editor-in-Chief (English). Michael also completed an internship at a local corporate/commercial law firm and graduated from law school on the Dean’s Honour List. Michael is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the County of Carleton Law Association. Though practicing in English, Michael is also pleased to assist clients in French or Arabic.
