Tor is an Associate Lawyer in the firm’s litigation group with a focus on motor vehicle accidents, slip & falls, property loss and subrogated claims. From the early assessment of a claim to negotiating a fair and timely settlement, Tor strives to deliver effective representation while keeping clients up to date on the progress of their file. Prior to joining Kelly Santini, Tor gained valuable experience on insurance claims working as plaintiffs’ counsel.

Tor has experience conducting questionings, mediations and representing clients in Court. He aims to resolve matters for his clients in the most efficient manner possible. When resolution cannot be reached by negotiation, he advocates for his clients in Court, diligently preparing to get his clients the best results.

Tor is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, and the Law Society of Ontario. Tor received a “5 Years of Service” volunteer award for providing pro bono legal advice. Outside of work, Tor enjoys painting, cycling and going to the Arboretum with his dog.
